Ritwik bhattacharya: With close to 14 years of work experience in Food & Alcoholic beverage industry, he has worked and trained with stalwarts like Grover Vineyards, United spirits limited ( McDowell's presently Diageo), SAB Miller (presently AB inbev- Haywards, Knockout, Fosters), Carlsberg (Carlsberg, Tuborg and Palone ) and United breweries in association with Heineken (Kingfisher, Heineken). He has handled all technical verticals related to Brewing, Quality control, Bottling, Product excellence services & R&D related to brewing industry. In terms of academics he was adjudged as the first and youngest recipient of IBD, London, J.J. morisson scholarship for Diploma in brewing. A bachelor's Hons degree in Microbiology, a MSc in Microbial & Food technology and Post graduate diploma in Food safety and quality management are also part of his academic portfolio. For past 6 years he has been serving as a Head Brewer in Western India and has consulted microbreweries in and around the region. A native of Kolkata, he is the Chief technical strategist of INDOBREW.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Chaturvedi has diverse academic credentials from reputed institutions ranging from DIFAT (NSI, Kanpur) and MBA (GIMS, Goa). Mr. Girish has skills ranging from Recipe development, Govt/Legal/Excise compliance for factory setup and operations, Plant management, Portfolio expansion and Quality management services for improving plant efficiency.
